Looking for a Good Horse?
If anyone is looking for an intermediate hunter for an adult or child, we have found a beautiful one. $12,000. Paint, warmblood, quiet, lots of show experience. This is an out-of-this-world cost for this horse but the people really need to sell. I might get the price down a couple thousand. Let me know if you are interested. This is a horse not to pass on. If I had the money, you wouldn't even have to ask, as you would know where the horse would be.

Horse News
As we have more people going to shows, some of you should look at a 6-month lease, or purchasing a horse. We don’t just sell our horses, we go out and find the right horse that would suit you. We currently have 6-8 very nice horses we have looked at. Prices are great. Remember the closer we get to the shows, the more expensive they get. We still have 2-3 horses for sale as show horses, including ponies. We provide a boarding discount with those horses.
This year, we would like to have some fun, make some new friends and be a little more competitive with our showing.

New Mini-Clinic Teacher
Liz Considine, champion Hunter/Jumper, dressage trainer and current show rider, will start some clinics on Friday nights. Liz taught for Wildwind for about two years, so we know her style and capabilities well. Liz is also one of the most successful trainers on the circuit and did very well at Horse Shows on the Bay in Traverse City last year.
See our Mini-Clinics page for all the details of the upcoming January 20th event.

A Note From Cindy:
I wanted to thank all of my staff, of course Vikki and the other instructors during my recent illness. I always knew that I was useless, but you guys did not have to prove it so nicely. I am still under treatment for my closed-head injury and will miss many days due to tests and procedures. But the big scare for me is over for now, after being given the wrong diagnosis of having cancer. Being told four weeks later that I was fine was a big relief. The phones may be slow, but the girls will be there to answer them as quickly as possible. Perhaps if you have questions you could come a little early. I have started coming back to work slowly and will more than likely have good days and bad. Let’s hope the good days get better.
So Coleen and Julie, there is no way we could have done it without you. Chris, thanks for training my mini-donkeys and thank you all for your care and good wishes.
P.S. Thanks for all the Christmas goodies. At least Vikki and I didn’t fight over all the treats. The dogs and cats did a good job.
