Horse Camp

We invite you to bring your children to the Wildwind Equestrian Center, to make memories, meet new friends and be exposed to a healthy sport that develops physical fitness, builds confidence, and a respect and love for animals.

Wildwind Equestrian Center's summer horse camp is more than a way to fill a summer day; it's a chance for a horse-crazy student to spend an entire week with horses. Why do kids come to horse camp? To ride, and we provide more riding time than anyone else. We have 27
well-trained horses and ponies to meet all our rider’s needs.

Along with daily riding lessons, students learn horsemanship, feeding, horse care, grooming, saddling, medical care and much more!  During the week the students will learn to walk, trot and steer their horses.  Students will learn to ride through fun games, activities and obstacle courses.   Weather is never a problem since we have both indoor & outdoor arenas. Regular Camp is offered weekly throughout the summer
. The camp week experience is rounded out with a Horse Show and Potluck Lunch on Friday for family and friends.

Come to Horse Camp at Wildwind Equestrian Center “Where Everyone Belongs”.

This camp is offered for beginner riders. Students who have never ridden before should sign up for a level one class. Riders that cannot do an extended posting trot under control should also choose this class. Level 1 riders will be split into groups based on experience.
